Some things too think about bringing for the hunt:

Waders and warm camo jacket
12 GA Shotgun
Shells 3 or 3 1/2 inch #2s (I use 3inch #3's or #2s)
Warm clothes
Gun Oil
Soft gun case to carry gun to and from boat
Face mask
Ziplocks
Decoys if you have them (pintails, redheads, bluebill, widgeon, teal)
Toiletries
Valid Texas hunting License with migratory bird stamp
Federal Duck Stamp

Not much, we split the house rent up and pitch in on boat gas and cook a lot at the house.

I’m always amazed at how economical the trip is!

Guys, I want in! I haven't been yet and have wanted to go. I will need a ride (boat), but I have some pintail dekes. Only boat I have is a kayak and have been told it would be next to impossible to hunt out for this trip.
