Wherever the gem presents itself...most of the stuff I'm interested in is not currently being produced & older, so the retailer has to have a good used dept. Most are found online.

Last few guns I have bought have been online but it really depends where I can get the best deal or how quick I want it.

I would prefer to buy local, but most are online. The online thing is mostly due to me being lefty and/or wanting in 'now' and my local stores having to order (usually at higher prices than I get online) and pay tax.

New: Search gun.deals for best price, if it’s within $100 of local gun shop prices then I support the LGS.

If its not here, I support the local guy. Ive never bought a gun from academy, bass pro or any other chain. Dont plan on starting either. But, having a great personal friend in the gun bidness for the last 25 years helps
