    last day as a L.E.O

Well today I join the ranks of retiree's it was 30 years ago January 17 that I started the San Antonio Police academy and now my time has come. I thank all those that came before me and those that continue the job that i leave behind in such a trying time for L.E.O.'S. Watch your backs stay safe and go home at the end of your tour of duty.

right now I just plan on raising my 2 boys that just turned 6 and 9, I started late but now i'm in the game. As a son of career L.E.O. on the same department we didn't see dad much so I plan to be a husband and daddy first and then I will find something to do to keep me busy, thank you all for the best wishes............Coy..........

Thank you for wearing that 10 lbs. badge on your chest for so long.

Now go and have a long and boring retirement.
