Use warm water and dawn dish soap (non bleach) and change out water everyday. They will clean up but it will take some time.

      Flat, antique white spray paint.
If I didn't think my opinion was right, then it wouldn't be my opinion. So, any other opinion must be wrong, therefore stupid.

Scrub them good with warm water and dawn dish washing soap. Whiten as usual. After they're good and dry if they need to be more white go to the dollar store and get some of their cheap, flat white spray paint. Antlers will need to be stained. Let the sheep horns dry but not in the sun, then you'll have to take them to someone for repair.

            Paint them or dip them.

The ram horns are done. Chunk them. As far as the skulls go I would chunk them also. Or pressure wash and throw them in the flower bed for decore. They will whiten a little.
              Sorry.
