The guys at work want me to make Carnitas in the InstaPot tonight vs having them simmer all day on the stove.... it doesn’t feel right to me either...

So, if you have a good carnita recipe for IP... hook a gal up.

This Instant Pot Carnitas recipe is quick and easy to make in the pressure cooker, perfectly crispy and juicy, and SO delicious!

You're good for now but I wouldn't tell anyone else about it.
That was the first thought that struck me as well--but I like ribs and kraut cooked in a crockpot so I'm not throwing any pea gravel.

Don't ask anyone else. If it's good, eat it, if it ain't, don't cook it that way anymore.

Like I tell my boys, “you know what you did was wrong... what did we learn?”. Sounds like you fed the family and they loved it!!! Two thumbs up!

Never understand why people break the law and then feel the need to brag about it on social media.

                              why stop at the ribs?

Next time don't ease into it....just put it in a kelp wrap & add some almond butter...then afterwards go do your yoga...
