It arrived as I had just got in from chasing Elk in Colorado and I didn't even have a chance to open the package and check her out before heading back offshore for work. I will play with it next week when I get home and possibly take it hunting.
A little about me, born and raised here in south Louisiana. My father and grandfather hunted anything they could. No one bow hunted though and it wasn't until a family friend gave me a whitetail II compound that I got into bows. Many years and many critters later I met a gentleman from Illinois whom I swap hunted with. I hunted whitetails with him in Illinois and he chased hogs with me. He was a Trad hunter! Man could he shoot too. Thus the seed was planted, though it took me a few years to finally decide that I wanted to get good enough to hunt with one. Thousands of arrows later and a few bows I finally felt confident enough to hunt. Since then there was no turning back! I have been blessed to have met many fine folks along the way. I'm grateful to all that have helped me in this journey. Looking forward to taking Sac out hunting. The oaks are dropping on the public land in the swamp and there are deer hitting them!
Thanks and happy hunting to all......

Well it didn’t take long she was putting them right in there so I put my big jim 4 arrow quiver on it and some broad heads on my arrows and off we go! Hunted some oaks dropping big green acorns on the wma near home this morning. Saw a bunch of squirrels. A friend invited me to his lease for the evening hunt. We’re trying to get blood
