I just recently came back from a mid Feb. hog hunt on a ranch southwest of Asherton. Didn't see a single wet coming thru this time. Coming home early on a Sunday morning bout daylight into the edge of Carrizo Springs there was a raid going down on what appeared to be a safe house at the edge of town on hwy 186. About 10 to 12 LEOs from BP to DPS, sheriff and local PD. They had a few on the ground outside in plastic cuffs. No idea if it was drug bust or illegals.
