What to do with venison chili meat

I have lots of chili meat left over from last year and summer on its way I won't be making stew or chili. Anyone find or come up with a good recipe to use some of this chili meat?

Treat it as you would hamburger meat and it can be used for anything. Only difference is it's more coarse and a higher fat content (I assume).

I eat chili year round make big batches of it and vacuum seal it and then freeze. I like to pull some out for chili dogs or to go with eggs for breakfast or even to cover a few tamales.

Brown it in a skillet with cubed potatoes. Once potatoes are soft and meat is cooked through, drain grease. Season to taste. Add scrambled eggs and cook through. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese and salsa of choice. Make a fantastic breakfast or brunch.

I made hamburger patties with chili meat a few times and it was darn good. The coarser grind gave it an interesting texture.

make jerky. the chili grind is perfect for making tender strip type jerky.

chop steak with onions and brown gravy, just form your steaks nice and tight and coat in olive oil or and egg wash, season how ever you like your regular ribeyes or whatever and grill till desired doneness (insert the i'm starving emoji here) i like a grill on high heat and about medium to slightly medium well
