That really sucks for this young man. As far as the article makes known, neither he, nor his passenger were causing trouble, getting in any fights, shooting anything, or doing anything else to a single person, yet he was arrested because there was marijuana in a vehicle and because of that, his legally owned firearm now becomes illegal. He's got the money to get a good attorney that will probably be able to get the charges dismissed. Now if this is a middle or lower class man, he's got criminal charges on his record, going to jail and would be forever cast as a thug unable to get a decent job because of drug charges all over a some dried up plant and an otherwise legally owned firearm. Does anyone else see anything wrong with what he did, other than "broke laws that are currently on the books?" It's a crying shame. If instead of the joint it was bourbon and cigars in the parking lot of a dorm, there would be no arrest, no story, no trouble. Rant over. Hopefully all ends well for this young man.

You are no longer a student. Time to separate from the blood sucking posse.
Some just never do.

Well now all three UT running backs to have rushed over 1800 yds have been arrested in Austin.
Earl Campbell is probably glad he fell short of that total by around 50 yds lol
