The Joint Chiefs said there will be no change in directive involving Transgender people in the military based on Trump's tweet. Some %^&wipe chopped that statement and got folks like SMC all riled up that "the Joint Chiefs are standing up to Trump because he's real stupid yeah!"

What they said was they are waiting for directive. Basically, "a Tweet is not our official orders and we are waiting for the orders to come down before anything is done." The orders will come from Trump, to Mattis, etc.
