    I will stick to my own method that cannot be beat but are way too hot for most.

    Hint....let em soak for 3 hours and serve hot, not all dumped on a table and cold.

          That's how my uncle boiled them for years. Boil in one tank and season in another. At least that's how he did it when he owned a crawfish shack. Now he probably just does it normally.

              U got it. This method described actually pulls the seasoning in as the crawfish are hot and the seasoning blend is room temp.

                      Good ole boys- take I-10 west to pin oak exit and stay on feeder up about a mile or little less and turn left at next light. It's rt there on right. I can't think of what road it is.
