        400 challenge.
Mixed my reps up today. Tried a 100 rep ladder set that I came across on YouTube. Guess it would actually be a super or giant set, since it was 4 moves. I knew my time would suffer since there was more time changing exercises than usual. Still got it done in 11:08 and I don't feel as burned out.

We might have to see if the mods can rename this thread SabreKiller and Muskles workout accountability thread. Lol

I'm late to this but my wife talked me into trying out "intermittent fasting" 3 months ago. I started off at almost 54y/o from no exercising and 228lbs with my 36" waist jeans getting kinda tight.

I don't have any interest in driving into town to go to a gym, but I have a garage with a little extra room. We have a few pieces of equipment that aren't getting used, but as fitness gets better we'll see. The Bowflex Tread-climber will hurt you. The elliptical just doesn't feel right to me, like running on a hard surface. The wife wouldn't let me get rid of her old Healthrider glider from back in the day.

I found a NordicTrack X9i incline trainer on Craigslist thinking I'd use it to run in the winter months. Dang, was I right. It connects to the internet with daily maps and I can easily make maps anywhere Google Street View is active. I've ran everywhere from my hometown in SE Oklahoma, around the Vatican, and on Mt. Rainier in Washington. It even follows the terrain incline up to 40* and decline to -6*.

Right now I'm 199lbs and wearing 34" waist pants that aren't very tight. I'm running almost daily from 4-7 miles at 6-7 mph.

For Real! Everyone else is slacking off! Back and legs supersets today. Walked the Green Mile on the treadmill, 3 warmup sets followed by 4 working sets a little heavier today. 4X8 but I had to lay off the legs after a short while. My hip was talking to me!

My youngest son (14 in a few days) started doing a little bit of working out a few months ago. He went from not being able to pull himself up at all, to racking chin-ups out like a pro. Not sure how many he can do at once, but he's pretty proud of himself. Definitely does them better than his older brother (17) and I.

                              I’m here!

Was on a role The first half of March and then screwed up and had a minor procedure done that took me out for 2 weeks. Wasn’t eating much during that time and lost 10 lbs which was nice.

I’m a week back in it and averaging a 2-3 mile jog and today was bi’s and tri’s
