A lousy night of sleep. Waking up too many times to head to the water closet, then getting toned out for a woman with flu like symptoms, and then the **** cats howling. Geez, I can't wait to get to the lease this weekend for some peace and QUIET!
I did make gym this morning though. Warm up on treadmill, 3 warmup sets and 3 working sets. Nice and slow, concentrating on the eccentric move. Back and triceps 3X8 supersets.

Narrow grip pull down/skull crushers
Body weight ring pullups/rope extension
Inverse grip plank row/cable kickbacks
