New Year Workout Accountability 2019....

    A lousy night of sleep. Waking up too many times to head to the water closet, then getting toned out for a woman with flu like symptoms, and then the **** cats howling. Geez, I can't wait to get to the lease this weekend for some peace and QUIET!

    I did make gym this morning though. Warm up on treadmill, 3 warmup sets and 3 working sets. Nice and slow, concentrating on the eccentric move. Back and triceps 3X8 supersets.

    T-bar row/body weight dips
    Narrow grip pull down/skull crushers
    Body weight ring pullups/rope extension
    Inverse grip plank row/cable kickbacks

      Today was flab day.
      Roll ups.
      ISO reverse crunches.
      Bench tuck crunches.
      Low plank knee to opposite elbow.

          A little shoulder and leg work today. A stroll on the treadmill to get the blood moving then 3 warmup sets followed by 3 working sets. 3X10 supersets.

          Military press/calf raise
          Single arm lateral raise/back squat
          Rear delt cable fly/Dumbbell shoulder press
          Front raise/leg extension

          Hip therapy exercises

          I'm headed to the lease tomorrow, so I'm not sure if I'll make it to the gym or not. We'll see.

            Back and legs today. I had to be at work early today so I kept it kinda light and went through it pretty fast.

            Bilateral lat pulldown/calf raise
            T-bar row/leg extension
            Narrow grip lat pulldown/seated leg press
            Ab crunch with med ball

            Hip therapy exercises

              10 burpees every even minute and 12 box jumps every odd minute for 20 minutes.

                Chest and biceps today. Kept it kinda on the light side and increased rep range and slowed the motion down. Getting a little negatives today. And I'm pretty sure I"m gonna feel it tomorrow. Treadmill warmup, 3 warmup sets and 3 working sets 3X10 supersets.

                Incline bilateral chest press/barbell curl
                Wide grip bilateral chest press/preacher curl
                Cable fly/incline dumbbell curl
                Inverse grip bench press/hammer curl
                Med ball crunches and hip therapy movements

                If I can drag my old arse outta bed tomorrow it will be legs and shoulders day.

                    Upright row/prone leg curl
                    Lateral raises with cable/goblet squat
                    Medball crunches and hip replacement therapy stuff.

                      If y’all dont mind, I’m going to join in on this thread. Just got on the scale for the first time in several months and holy helllll Batman. Bout passed out. Gained more weight this year, about 10 lbs to put me at 257. Notice my jeans had gotten somewhat snug over the last few weeks. Time to get on the horse get some weight off. Got to figure out some kind of workout for at home until I decide if I will gym it or not.

                      Day 1 - 3/17/19

                      Goal 1- drop 10 lbs by end of month.

                        Lots of free home workouts online. Programs like Beachbody and Athlean X are good at home workouts also, but not free. Diet and cardio will probably be your best bet for fast weight loss. Good luck and welcome to the thread.

                            A little back and legs today to start the week. Walked the green mile on the treadmill and then 3 warmup sets and 3 working sets. 3X8-10 supersets.

                            Narrow grip t-bar row/seated calf raise
                            Narrow grip lat pull down/bilateral leg press
                            Wide grip body weight pullups/goblet squat

                              DB deadlifts.
                              DB clean and press.
                              Tubing squat to standing rows.
                              Diamond cutter push-ups.
                              DB neutral grip bench press.
                              Tubing eccentric step aways.
                              Missed most of last week with a stomach bug that made me nervous to lift much of anything, including a fork. Lost a couple pounds I hope to get back.

                                DB renegade rows.
                                Incline push-ups.
                                Tubing woodchopper pushdowns.
