Most are from Blue states it appears. I'm surprised 4 from Pennsylvania went against Trump...

Radio said he is from San Antonio (blue area), but he waited to cast his No vote until it didn't matter................Politics!

Will Hurd's district starts in San Antonio but is mostly south and west of there - all the way to the Rio Grande and almost to El Paso. His constituents are about 70% Hispanic and live in some of the most impoverished areas of the state. It is not hard to imagine that a great number of them loved ObamaCare. He narrowly won his last two elections over his Democratic opponent. He is a solid conservative on most things - his "no" vote was a pure self-preservation move.

I would agree with you but the truly destitute and indigent are on Medicaid. Obamacare doesn't affect these particular people.

Former CIA agent. As noted his vote was not needed either way, thus a political move that wont effect him at all.

Biggs, Massie, and Jones are the only three who voted against it out of conservative principle. The rest are Liberal Republicrats.
