I used the Breville Dual Broiler for years...it became very temperamental and had to be sent in for service twice. I eventually replaced it with the Breville Barista Express and love it.

It is slightly over your price range, but I would argue that it is worth it.

So I would love to be able to afford a machine like yours, Sweet, but I'll have to stick with my Illy and Mr. Coffee maker. You have a really nice set up. I'll live vicariously through this post.

You should look at some of the units by Jura. They should have something in your range. Great espresso, coffee, etc. We love ours.
