I would suggest keeping the bullets in the clips and gun...that should cut down on the stuff in your pockets.

I need to get work shirts made with pockets which will take care of the phone glasses and pen. Gun right front pocket. Wallet right rear. Keys spare mag left front with light clipped to it. Knife around my neck.

I have a buddy that carries one of his knives like this. I tried and it bounces to much when running for me.

The knife is on a horizontal belt sheath for me. Pen stays clipped to my shirt collar. Pistol right front with extra mag left front. Wallet back right and flashlight back left. Keys get clipped to my belt loop.

Maybe one of the leather guys here could build a belt pouch to keep the spare mag flashlight and knife, maybe even the gun. That could be cool.

Get a pocket knife and maybe switch to stylus style light. Takes up as much room as the pen.

I would look at getting a smaller light for starters. Either the Pro Tac 1AAA or Pro Tac 2AAA.

DM Bullard cowboy wallet front left. Keys, phone and case medium stockman front right. If I am hunting at night I clip a Pro Tac 2AA in my front left pocket and it is out of the way. If I am hunting and packing the XDS 9mm is 4 o'clock extra mag at 6 o'clock OWB. And when I finally get around to getting my CHL that is how I would carry it during the day as well. It hides pretty well with a long shirt.
