This one looks the best so far. Looks like my mothers. Been many years since I've had hers. I was always super excited when I shot enough birds forger to make it.
Yes soaked them in salt water for three days. Changed the water out once. It was pretty good. Might have over powered it with the sausage cause even the duck tasted like sausage. But all in all it was pretty dern good. I'll definitely cook it again.
