Before the days of dog proof coon traps, there was such a thing known as a leg-hold trap. And back when I trapped coons, I'd use my sardine cans as a form of bait. So.... I guess you could say they's a good coon bait too.

Back in Elementary School I would take Sardines and crackers to school. Teacher would put me at my own table away from the class because they smelled so bad (according to the class). Even sent a letter home stating to my parents to pack me something else. Only downside was the chicks didn't like me because if them.

Hail no, you aint eating them stanking things when we are fishing either. I can dig some vienna sausages or potted meat though

I can eat sardines in mustard sauce but I aint much on them little smoked oysters, they nasty.

My Mom says this is her favorite brand and she can’t find them in her small OK town. She makes me buy them and ship to her. I tried a couple times and just can’t like em.

Vienna sausage, Spam, deviled ham, etc I’m all in.
