Very nice! A close friend has the shop on the end of Lazy Acres with the old signs on the building. Your neighbor across the street is a good guy as well. The sunsets across the field in front are nice in the evenings for sure. Getting hard to find property with space and only 8min to town. Congrats!

We are officially under contract! Hope the inspection goes well. We have until the 18th to decide if we go or give it back due to issues with the inspection. Sure hope not!
