Just put an offer in on a home I’m Woodway on Willow Grove Road south of Hwy 6. Not listed as a Brando but it basically is. 2000’ with detached 3 car garage plus a workshop/garage at the rear of the house. 3.14 acres with a ton of mature pecan trees all fenced!
This is the 3rd we have put an offer on but we went in over asking price because we firmly believe it is underpriced. Hopefully we get this and get closer to our folks and sisters/brothers.
