Spray it with 4-5 coats of flex-seal (let each dry) and then cut a piece of carpet for the bottom. Will be silent...

That's a nice set up. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I like how the seat is offset so you always have room in front of you and no wasted space behind you.

                  Here ya go.

I was able to fab up the ladder today as well as get the leg mounts tacked into place. The rungs on the ladder are spaced 12" apart and 12" wide. There is a piece of angle as the foot which is 20" and should help with stability. I realized a mistake I made when placing the leg mounts. They are too close together and could cause an unstable situation. Tomorrow that should be rectified. Unfortunately I was dodging down pours today and was not able to get as much done as I would like to have.

The platform is 48" across. Not sure about the footprint yet. I will get it in the air this morning and get a measurement.

That's what I was wondering. My son is wanting to build one, we may copy your design if you don't mind.

Looks like semi-portable means you need a semi to move it....JK, looks great.

Haha, some folks definition of semi-portable may vary, lol. No, you aren't gonna pick it up and run off with it, but 1 person will be able to easily load it, unload it set it up and take it down.
