2 ways to cook steak

I like to marinate ribeyes in Worcestershire sauce and montreal steak seasoning for at least two hours in the fridge completely thawed.
Charcoal grill with a HOT bed of coals but no flame. Cook each side roughly 3-5 minutes. You can tell how well done it is by poking it with your finger. If not to your liking, put it back on.
I like my steak medium. Good bit of pink but its not bleeding. Pair it with a baked tater and a good salad and you are in business.
