    Superbowl Eats....Must haves?

    Mine. Mesquite grilled maple bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with a variety of shrimp, cream cheese and beef, pork or venison. Silver Bullet longnecks!

    Crystal Hot Sauce Hot wings
    Boudin - regular, smoked and crawfish
    Beer
    Whiskey
    King Cakes for dessert

    Edit. Left out two. First backstrap of the season grilled medallions and smoked venison sausage.

          Yes, absolutely.
          I also really like bacon cream cheese jalapeno poppers, and planning (hoping) to smoke a rack of ribs.

              Rotel dip with venison pan sausage
              Dove/duck poppers
              Venison burgers
              Candied jalapeno cream cheese dip
              Boudin balls
              Boiled shrimp or shrimp cocktail
              Wings
              Lil smilies
              Plenty of beer and whiskey
              Smoked fatty


              Just a few staples that I remember off the top of my head. Probably won't do much of anything this year, I'll be out pre fishing for a tournament all Sunday

                              Op, We always do smoked buffalo wings. Marinate overnight in Franks, smoke low/slow, then fry at 375 for 2 minutes to crisp up. Then another toss in the sauce.

                              Another one we typically do is the Velveeta queso with Rotel, a splash of milk, and a lb of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage. Don't knock it 'til you try it...
