I like to slice the meat real thin. I use....
1cup smoked allegro
1/2 cup phillipino soy sauce (Swan from oriental grocery stir not salty like kikkomans)
Fiesta rib rub (the red one)
couple capfuls of liquid smoke
Mix the liquids together marinate over night. Pat dry then dust both sides with the red fiesta rib rub. It's spicey but you can't stop eating it. You can make it hotter or milder by putting more or less rib rub but I would go easy the first batch.Name:  image.jpg
