Made my own rub, seared it, stuffed with garlic, 90 minutes and then broiled.. My crew went back for 2nds and 3rds. Good stuff.

I’d never judge anyone for who they took home from the bar. I’m sure it was fun. But sometimes you shouldn’t tell anyone about it... this is a similar situation.

On the ribs; if it tastes good then so be it. Would only be weird if you were trying to sell the idea that it was the same as smoking them for 12 hours.
