Awesome! Way to go! One tree rat is a great meal by itself. Little buggers dont even need brining and have a bunch of meat.

PigThumper has a great dumplings recipe...we swapped recipe stories at GRXH. I made squirrel spaghetti, cream of mushroom base, with the last squirrel kills.
