Shot looks decent, what did you hit? I shot one 2 weeks ago about the same spot maybe a tad highet and he didnt make 50 yards

So a little more info on the shot.



The deer was pretty much broadside facing to the left. The wound you see in the pics is the entrance. I thought maybe the deer was quartered away slightly at the shot and caused it to maybe be forward because we had really red blood. No meat or grease on the arrow though. Very little blood trail when I was expecting to see big chunks of lung and the deer piled up 50 yards away.



The exit actually ended up being further back than the entrance so I’m thinking the arrow hit a rib and redirected back and to the right unless he pulled a Matrix. Not positive though.



It probably got a little lung, liver and definitely guts. We drsssed him gutless method so didn’t really get a good look.
