Love the name? If you hunt with kids you know they get hungry. So do you. I throw 2 or 3 of these in my pack when I head out in the morning.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups of Oats
1/3 cup of Honey (I recommend using Agave Honey, it’s a little thinner and mixes better)
1/3 cup Chocolate/Peanut Butter Chips or dried fruit (Cranberry's is good)
1/3 cup Peanut Butter (All natural peanut butter does not work well)
Prep time: 15 minutes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix.
2. The mixture will be thicker than cookie dough.
3. Once mixed, shape into balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
4. Place energy balls into the refrigerator for at least one hour.
5. Depending on the size of energy balls, this recipe usually yields around 12 balls.
