The flat I got this year on my trailer was so big the sealant had no chance. Most of my flats have come in section 1. I think the way they come through with shredders and clear the roads before the hunts contributes to almost all of the flats though. We put in 30miles on our scouting trip last year and never had any punctures until we hit section 1 the last day.
I use a product you can find at most bike shops called "stan's no tubes sealant". I highly recommend putting 2 bottles per tube. I still carry 2 extra tubes but that sealant works really well most of the time. I tried slime and had a big green mess after my first day last year. Luckily that was just one of my trailer tires but I'm not using it again.
