My guess is because he and the lone star plant are from the same town.

does anyone have any idea what the TDN on black eye peas are the feed store owner in sterling city was talking about these when we went and bought protein last month said he feeds them at his personal place and they have like 25% protein they are cheap and we were going to try some just wondering we currently feed the angelo 17% pellet

                    Comment

Most grains, peas, beans have a 90%+ TDN, but not the vitamin or mineral content of a pellet feed. Is like comparing apples to oranges. 100% roasted soybeans would be the highest protein percentage and TDN available, but would lack in vitamins and minerals compared to a pellet. Two totally different animals.

yea that's kind of what i was thinking the price is cheap enough that in theory we could feed the peas and put of minerals free choice also and still be saving some money but for us we arent as concerned about saving money if we arent getting the results

No choice for me either. Does anyone know what Angelo Pellets TDN is? They sell several blends. I am using their cowboy 20%
