Confidence is key in an interview. Don't be a know it all but try not to lag too long in answering questions. A good tactic is to take a sip of water when asked a question... it'll give you a second or two to gather your thoughts and give a coherent non-rambling answer. Don't be afraid to embellish a little on your examples of how you've handled workplace safety concerns and conflicts. Don't get too long winded though, you may need to remember some of the examples at a later date. Good luck.
