X2 on the ramboard!! Makes covering the floors so much easier.

The weather has slowed down the building crew. We got started on our part this weekend. WE managed to get within 6" of deep enough before we needed a ram.

After we finished the septic tank hole we moved on to the lateral field. We managed to get all the lines dug and most of the pipe and gravel

This is where we stood on the 11th after a long weekend on the tractor and bobcat. Work to dark Friday Saturday and Sunday. It was plenty cold that Sunday.

Hog hunting got in the way last weekend. Priorities you know.

This is where we are at now. 50 Days to get to this. These is still a little to do. Rain gutter down spouts and clean up. That will be done after we get the rock done.

The progress will slow down some now. I will do most of the rest of the work with the help of some family. The only labor I intend to pay for now is to sheetrock, tape and texture.

Does the City of Bertram have a water line close by or are you going to drill a well?

Waterline runs down our street but is an undersized line and has pressure. They are not allowing any more taps. I drilled the well about 8 months ago. 340 ft. deep 30 + gals. a minute.
