Need load data for a Rock River R3 comp. rifle

Just curious if anyone has any good loads worked up for a RRA R3 competition rifle. If anyone has some for their varmint models that would probably work to. Also what kind of factory ammo are yall getting the best groups out of.

My specs:
18" barrel
1-8 twist
223 Wylde

Send me a pm. I have a 1/8 match stainless rock river ATH in Wylde. And have I think 6 load for it worked up. I think it's the same barrel with the custom muzzle break
