Wildlife Waterer Install (Picture Heavy)

Nice!! That what they do in South Africa. They call them "Pans" They will have a well with water lines running in all directions for miles. They had one well that was so far away from everything there was now electricity so once a week they would go fill up a diesel fuel tank and run the pump until the tank ran out.
I do wonder if you should have set it a bit higher to keep the critters from kicking it full of dirt and to allow settling?

Pit Blind Sneak Peek
Thank yall for the comments, I typically clean it out every 3-4 weeks; the rounded bottom allows you to clean it out with a round shovel or 5 gallon bucket with a couple of swipes. I actually built it to sit close to the ground to benefit even the smallest critters and I'm hoping there won't be any settling as it sits on the concrete pavers and the concrete apron around the edge of the waterer.
BTW: Here is a sneak peek at my newly finished pit blind that will be installed out there in a few weeks on our return trip. The complete buildup and install soon to follow!
