Great idea Sam!! Only comment I'd make is that Bownanza is mid-March, so might be a bit soon to have one in late March. Late April (after Easter might be a good time as the price of crawfish will be about 50% less after Easter weekend)... Just an idea.

I saw that Bownanza is 2 weeks prior but we have a little something extra planned for that weekend (details will follow soon), so most likely Sunday March 29th will be the date but I'll be consulting with a few others before locking down 100%.
