Fill you a tub up with water that the head will fit in. Use enamel spray paint your choice of colors. Spray your base color on the skull. Then spray each color into the water and stir around to mix the colors. Slowly dip the head in till it is submerged. Before you pull it out move the paint away from the submerged skull. Pull it out and shake it off and let dry.
