      Take a quarter and cover it in Goodman’s spicy mustard
      Take Tony Chacherys and apply liberally
      Rub spice and mustard into the meat
      Take a turkey roasting bag and fill it with a family size Italian dressing
      Put quarter in the bag and seal for 4 hours or so
      Place in a tin foil pan
      Poke holes in the bag to keep it from exploding
      Eventually bag will tear or burn
      Place all contents in the foil pan and add beer
      Cook until meat starts to shrink and pull off the bone
      Add sliced potatoes, carrots and onions. Let them simmer in juices (will create a gravy)
      Add beer
      Check tenderness of vegetables. When they’re done, enjoy.
