Where is that lever? Is this on an F150 and what year?

Google it...I drilled a hole in the release pin, threaded through a key ring, and tied a cord that runs up to the post on the head rest for a quick release.

Many years ago, I built a removable storage cover and sleeping bed for a 1999 extended cab Chevy. It was held together with pins. My husband, son, and I could pack 5 days of hunting clothes and guns underneath and then one person could sleep on the top part for the 8 hour drive. We got rid of it when we sold the truck, but it was was handy.
