Im down here in Webb county on our low fence place and this thing runs across the road. It’s lost I know that much. Momma said it’s pretty and wants it on the wall..... I don’t want to kill it just cause it’s pretty, and I’m alone down here. Sucker looked heavy

I believe that is a scimitar horned oryx and I have heard they are tasty but never had any myself.

one of my personal favorite wild game meats, I prefer it over axis.. very good chicken fried cutlets! a lot of meat comes off those suckers so be careful at the processor to avoid running up a huge bill!
