Is that even possible? Seems like an awful lot of people got the Choke Canyon-North Shore Unit for Archer January 1-4.

Is it realistic to get drawn for something every year, if you put in like $150? Or is that super unlikely?

Yes its realistic. Depending on what you apply for.

Ive been on drawn hunts ever year for the last 5 and been drawn once already this year. We average Either one or 2 hunts a year. A buddy drew 6 hunts last year and has drawn at least 3 for as long as I can remember. Another drew 2 last year

No...Only drawn hunters can be on property.

Only drawn hunters are allowed in when the hunt is on normally, however you *might* be able to call in help to drag out, just depends on the unit and if the rangers are willing to allow that.

Signed up for Choke Canyon yesterday before I left work only because a friend was talking about it.....and just got the congratulations email a second ago. Im stoked but don't even know what im in for. Gotta start doing my homework.
