      The one you have is in good historic shape, if it works I wouldn't touch it. And if it didn't I would maybe make it a piece of furniture in either your office or living room.

                  Bringing this thread back up because I have a couple of old family safes I would like to have restored. Would someone please send me Mr. Overby's contact information? Also, does anyone know how long a restoration takes by a professional?
