Today i booked a hunt at Big Oak for Wed May 3-5. I can hardly wait!

I know its the middle of the week, but if anyone wants to come out and join the fun that would be cool.

You're gonna have a blast!! Awesome place. Are you strictly hog hunting or looking at exotics too? There's lots of targets in there.

Cool. This time of year we are not able to take much mid week time or I might have to join him.

I've been low carb for a week. Down 7 lbs. I was doing great on this last year til I visited Big Oak. I lost all control on the home cooked comfort food. [emoji4]

I agree, after 10 beers and the dinner they made I literally couldn't move for days

Im on a mountian bum budget lol, if they have something other than pigs for cheap i might let that arrow loose. Otherwise its Pork

Now if i can get these wood arrows to group. Picked up my Cascade Goldenhawk with carbon arrows and was nailing it. The problem is once ya get a few kills with a bow ya built the bar is set...i really should get over that

They'll give you a price list when you get there, but most of the exotic does are $500. You're gonna see a ton of critters, so I hope you have more restraint than me. I've been twice and shot the first thing in my price range on the first hunt of the trip both times!!

Sell one of the kids to find the hunt. It'll be fine.

                              How many of you going?
