I was in your shoes too. small town and got busted for having a few drinks from the boss at the bar I was bouncing at. Pretty chicken sh*t since they knew I worked there and have helped bust people dealing drugs etc but it is what it is. These days you can go to jail for having a few beers after work and considered under the influence. You may talk to some of the places that require a clean driving record and explain the situation. I pumped for EOG for 5 years before going to a different dept and you have a company vehicle and spend your life driving around. They brought me in and asked for some paperwork regarding the case and talked about it and they decided I was a good guy ina crappy situation. might be worth a shot-good luck sir
