Yes, it's called rear curtain sync. However, I don't have a flash that will do that.

The only flash I had was a manual flash, so I just pressed the test button right before the shutter closed.

A pretty good guess would be ~35mm ISO 100 1/180th f/5.6 to 8..... Flash was probably 5-6 ft back set on full power
