Where to order bare root trees?

I can't believe this has turned in to planting poison ivy. I don't care what anyone says, that plant does zero good and is proof the devil exists. Planting it should be added to the deadly sins list.

What is so good about the v mesh wire? It's so expensive and you have to buy a full roll. Is there any downside to using 2x4 welded wire?
