Yes, they serve a very good purpose. I use an Armageddon gear on my TBAC. If you plan to only shoot a couple times, they arenít needed. Shooting a group of 5, it shows its value.

Standard deviation will not affect a noticeable amount at a max range of 500. The Caldwell chronograph is lying to you anyway. Shoot a ladder at 3-500 to get charge weight. Then adjust seating depth...
