It a deburring tool that takes the little scraper blades. Not sure what they are actually called, my granddad always called them pigtails. Vargus Shaviv is the brand we use.

We pulled a snapping turtle out of my grandparents 1/4 acre pond that was about 40" round and its head was about 4" round. That was a tough fight with a Zebco 33! It had to be 30+lbs.

I wound up doing the 4x8s horizontal and moving them in separately. Screwed them together face down and added a spine in the back. Stood’er up and wife is now happy. Happy wife, happy life!
