    New Boat Prices!!!



    100K boat, I never thought I'd see the day...

    I don't see how people can afford these boats, I've been looking, 50-70k is the normal, for something that the average person may use at the most 20 or 30 times a year at the most.

    Guess I'm just getting old...

          That's insane. Even if I had 100k to waste on a boat, there's no way for me to justify it. I think spending half that on a bass boat is crazy. I love to bass/crappie fish but dang! Better to have a good buddy with a boat and pitch in on fuel!

            It is beyond me why people would spend that on a boat, even 40-50K is crazy to me. I know some people fish a lot, but I bet a large percentage use them at first a lot, then they sit in the garage and make payments. I am guessing that you can catch as many fish with a 20K boat as a 100K boat. The 100K boat might make it from one end of the lake a couple minutes faster....

            I was going to say you can buy a lot of fish for 50K, but then I thought about what I spend on deer meat

            It is about doing what you enjoy....and a keeping up with the Jones component....

                      My bay boat catches the hell out of bass when I decide to get fresh but I can't say the same about a bass rig.
