    Day Six Broadheads

Anyone have any experience with these? They look like a cross between Iron Will and Solid. I like the material they are using, but am curious as to how they perform and was hoping some of ya'll could elaborate on them.

What Makes Our Broadheads Different? We understand the value of your dollar and want to provide a broadhead that is uncompromising on all fronts, not just impact toughness alone. Knife makers and bladesmiths have long praised specialized tool steels like CPM-S35VN as it offers a unique blend of hardness, durability, ed

$30.00 a piece?! Maybe if I was going to Africa or on a hunt of a life time but I cant justify that on a Texas whitetail deer. With that said, it is a good looking broadhead.

Lookup the Born and Raised series on Youtube on broadheads. They did exhaustive testing of a bunch of heads. Day Six Evo was one of the best they tested.

I spend way more that that just on gas to get to the lease... plus feed, etc etc.... So it makes me smile when guys (not necessarily you) have a 50k truck, 1k bow, 5k 4 wheeler... and buy the CHEAPEST arrows and broadheads they can find.... blows my mind. FWIW I don't think you "need" $30/each heads to kill stuff, but on the flip side I shoot Iron Wills at pigs. So I may be the crazy one!!

They are good heads. Sharp, fly good, and seemed to hold up well. If I had to do it all over again I’d probably just go with iron wills. Bit bigger hole with the 3/4” bleeders and can easily take them apart to sharpen, they actually have a warranty too
