Savage is my choice. I have 10 FP-SR and cloverleaf at 100 yards.

My Rem 700 5r Milspec 308 does that easily and most factory ammo around 1/2"

Not looking for cloverleaf. I want a 20rd box of ammo into a 3/4” group at 100yds.

I'd say that rifle doesn't exist since you want 20 shots in 3/4" but I know someone on here has a Ruger American that can probably actually do it.

Yessir...A T3x youth 308 (20" barrel) in a Bell and Carlson stock is still under $900

You're a better man than me. No way I could shoot a gun all day long. 24 hours is a long time to be shooting. An hour or two and I am done. How many rounds per hour do you shoot?

A 700 VS or VSF is well within the budget & meet expectations...I would find a clean used one and would be around the $900 mark & hold their value there fairly well if you take care of it.

Bergara Ridge $700 fits everything you requested. Or the bergara HMR guaranteed sub MOA on both guns. And they are threaded

Any shooter will tell you that is not possible. You are over-heating the barrel. You will NOT be able to maintain sub-MOA groups with that much of a string. You have to let the barrel cool.

For $1500 you can build a custom. Are you dead set on a factory gun?
